Many of us find it pretty uncomfortable to film ourselves or write our thoughts down, but when it comes to BJJ, recording your progress can be super useful.

It allows you to identify your weak points and find areas of your game to work on … or ignore, but at least you’ll now know what you don’t know.

Moreover, if you've ever recorded yourself rolling, you'll soon notice that the razor-sharp technique you feel in the moment often doesn’t translate the same way on video.
